These 45-minute sessions combine high-energy cardio dance workouts to release happy hormones and weight training to build muscle. This session is not suitable for people with back or knee pain or those over the age of 60.

Walking used to be hard for me, especially without a knee cap for support. But now, I don't need it anymore. I used to have trouble sleeping and stayed up all night, sometimes taking pills to help. But now, I sleep really well.
I wasn't gaining weight before, but I've gained 2 kg in the last month. I used to take lots of medicines, but now I only take one. My constipation and liver problems have gotten better, too. My liver test results are good now, much better than before. I also had a test for liver scarring, and it shows a lot of improvement.
My diabetes was really bad before, and I even had to go to the hospital. I haven't taken insulin for three to four years, but now my sugar levels are around 150 , much lower than before when they were between 250-300. My HbA1C used to be between 8.5 and 9, and now it's down to 6.5. I feel lighter and can walk much farther—I used to get tired after just 100-200 metres, but now I can walk 4 to 5 km every day .

Our classes are ongoing with daily sessions. Each yoga session is 50 minutes, while strength training and dance sessions are 45 minutes. Mid-day and nighttime meditation sessions are 20-25 minutes.
